Definition:

   
     This item specifies the transformation (P,p) of the basis
     vectors and origin of  the current setting to those of
     the Opechowski-Guccione setting presented  in the
     Magnetic Group Tables of D.B. Litvin. The basis vectors
     (a',b',c') of the OG setting are obtained as
 
     (a',b',c',1) = Pp (a,b,c,1) 

     where (a,b,c) are the current basis vectors.
