_space_group_symop_magn_ssg_centering.algebraic
Name:_space_group_symop_magn_ssg_centering.algebraic
Definition:
A parsable string giving one of the centering or anti-centering operations of the magnetic superspace group in algebraic form. The form of such a string is identical to that expected for _space_group_symop_magn_ssg_operation.algebraic, except that the rotational part of a translation must always be the identity element. See the description of _space_group_symop_magn_centering.id for more information about centering loops. This tag is intended for use with the BNS description of the magnetic basic cell.Examples:
x1,x2,x3,x4,x5,+1 | the identity element in (3+2)D |
x1,x2,x3,x4+1/2,-1 | a time-reversed superspace translation in (3+1)D based on a simple 180-degree phase shift of a single modulation vector' |
x1+1/2,x2+1/2,x3+1/2,x4,+1 | a non-time-reversed external body-center translation in (3+1)D |
x1+1/2,x2,x3,x4,x5,x6+3/2,-1 | a time-reversed superspace translation in (3+3)D that combines internal and external shifts |
